At Casablunta, delivery is not merely logistics—it is the final structural element connecting The Collective to The Resident. This Transit Protocol outlines our shipping methodology, timeframes, and standards. Every garment follows a precisely engineered path from commission to delivery, ensuring The Higher Standard is maintained throughout the journey.
We operate on a Just-In-Time (JIT) production model designed to minimize waste, reduce environmental impact, and ensure precision engineering. Every garment is crafted specifically for you upon order confirmation. There is no mass production; there is only commissioned creation.
Your order progresses through the following phases:
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.
During peak periods (holiday seasons, promotional campaigns, or high-volume events), production timelines may extend by an additional 3–5 business days. We will communicate any significant deviations from the standard window via email.
We provide comprehensive coverage across South Africa. Delivery to major urban centers (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) typically adheres to the 2–4 business day transit window. Remote, rural, or outlying areas may experience extended transit times of up to 7 business days.
The Collective extends its reach globally. International transit times vary by region:
Note: International transit windows exclude time held for customs clearance in the destination country.
Due to our JIT model, expedited or overnight shipping is not currently available.
Real-time visibility is a standard of The Collective. Your tracking link provides updates from the moment the package is scanned into the courier network. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of the dispatch notification for the tracking blueprint to reflect accurate data.
The Resident is responsible for providing a valid physical street address for delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Private Bags, or military/diplomatic APO/FPO addresses. Inaccurate or incomplete address data may result in significant delays or loss for which Casablunta cannot be held liable.
For Residents outside of South Africa, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of The Resident. Casablunta has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if an artifact arrives damaged, you must contact support@casablunta.com within 48 hours. We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier service.
Casablunta is not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated restrictions, strikes, or failures of third-party logistics networks.
Our Transit Protocol is designed to ensure your artifacts arrive safely, efficiently, and in accordance with The Higher Standard.
